Explanation:

A Form 8868 Application for Extension of Time to File an Exempt Organization Return or Excise Taxes Related to Employee Benefit Plans was timely filed. This extended the date to file until November 15 2024. The Return was filed by paper on July 11 2024 and returned to our office with instructions to re-file the return electronically. The letter dated July 15 2024 was received in this office while we were on vacation. Upon returning to the office the 10 day time period given to respond had already passed so we respectfully request that any penalties or late fees be abated. Since we do not have software to electronically file this return we are having to pay Tax990 the sum of $169.90 to file the return electronically on our behalf.
