We initially filed a 990-PF by mail received May 13th 2024 but we were rejected because only online submissions are accepted. In a letter from the IRS that rejected our filing it said to include an explanation for this late filing. The reference number for that IRS letter is 0437689340. This letter said to request that we be assessed no penalties for late submission because a we mailed the file and b this is our first filing.
