Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	AAC is a membership based organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	All members have the right to recommend candidates for governing body members from among the general memebership. Candidates are proposed by the nominating committee and elected by the governing body, who serve under term limits.
