1 The Foundation provided $134,000 to Partners for World Health in 2023 in the form of a below market rate loan. This program related investment is meant to provide a ready source of capital to Partners for World Health so that Partners may expand its green energy infrastructure and pursue its charitable mission while mindfully supporting clean energy initiatives and reducing its climate footprint. It is the intention of the Foundation to further increase this PRI in the future, with an opportunity for a portion of the loan to be eligible for complete forgiveness in support of Partners' charitable missions. 134,000
2 The Foundation provided $8,646 to the York Chamber of Commerce in 2023 in the form of a below market rate loan. This program related investment is meant to provide a ready source of capital to the Chamber so that it may expand its green energy infrastructure and pursue its charitable missions while mindfully supporting clean energy initiatives and reducing its climate footprint.
