The entity's previous CPA who filed pervious Forms 990 is deceased. There was a slow transition of tax records from CPA office to the entity. Many of the entity's members/volunteers/officers were adversely affected by COVID virus. In addition, COVID closures mandated by the state of Arizona caused delays. The current Board of Officers respectfully requests abatement of all late filing penalties. The current Board of Officers understands the significance of timely filing of all tax returns and is committed to doing so.
