What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? During the year we filed grievances and we negotiated agreements on behalf of the non-supervisory bargaining unit employees in DCAA. We also began the initial stages of bargaining on our next Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with DCAA.

We are a small Local Union where all four officers carry a heavy workload. Our Acting Treasurer also serves as a full-time litigator, so he has extremely limited ability to attend to day-to-day representational matters of the Local. Our workload apparently caught up to us and we inadvertently submitted our return late this year. We regret the error.
