	1. The Association runs a major meeting inviting all members for eductional actitivities and discussions on the status and future of the electornics industry. The members include sales representatives, distributors and manufacturers of electronic products.

	3. The Association publishes a quarterly magazine in print and on line and also produces a memebership directory on the internet for members, manufacturers and other interested public. The magazine is widely distribtued.

	2. Under normal conditions the organization attends major industry trade shows to be in contact with members, make contact with potential memebers to explain benefits and meet with other members of the industry to discuss and suggest ideas on important issues. Amended return information	The forms 990 and 990T are prepared by a CPA and submitted to the Chief operating officer for review before filing. While an audit is not conducted, questions are asked of the ERA staff in preparing the forms.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	Organization members are businesses who are independent sales firms of electronic components and products, participating electronics distributors and electronics manufacturers. The firms become members by paying annual dues. They are members as long, and only as long as they pay dues. There are no shareholders.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Members can join as long as they establish that they are in the business of electronics. Members elect the Board of Directors based upon their geographic area, and the Board, in turn, elects the officers.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	Members vote on changes to the by-laws. They also vote to elect board members.
Local chapters branches affiliates Part VI line 10a	Local chapters are independent organizations with their own officers and board of directors. they file their own tax forms and are financially independent. They are required to maintain by-laws consistent with the nationalorganization. In some cases, at the request of the local chapters, the national organization has performed some administrative functions such as billing and collecting their annual dues. Reasonable fees are charged to the chapters for this service.
