Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	When the 990 is completed, it is first sent to the executive committee (via email) to review and ask questions of the director and/or the accountant and changed if deemed necessary. Once the 990 is approved by the executive committee it is forwarded to the board via email to review in the same manner as the executive committee. All board members must approve via email before the return can be signed and filed by the executive director.
