Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	Any person, partnership, association, corporation or organization having any interest in the above stated objective shall be eligible to apply for membership. Membership in the Chamber shall consist of three classes: Active, Honorary, and Sustaining.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Directors of the Chamber shall be elected annually in November of each year on the day selected by the Board of Directors. All directors must be current members in good standing of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce and shall be chosen in the manner of selecting nominees.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	Prior to filing, a copy of the Form 990 is provided to each executive board member for review and approval at the next scheduled executive board meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	Conflict of interest policy is monitored via annual disclosure forms which are completed by all board members before completion of the 990.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a	Near the end of each year, a performance evaluation form for the President/CEO of the Chamber is provided to each officer and director. The forms are returned to the chairman of the board for formal review by the Chamber executive board. Considerations include the President/CEO's years of service, as well as comparative market data. Any changes in compensation are then approved by the executive board.
