Explanation:

The Federal Bureau of Investigation Recreation Association (FBIRA) in Phoenix, Arizona is a very small organization with four officers and about five committee leaders. Officers and committee leaders rotate on an annual basis, based on elections. In late 2023 through early 2024, the RA migrated from using Microsoft's Excel to Intuit's QuickBooks to record its accounting. This change significantly interrupted the typical accounting process and required the Treasurer and his assistant to take several months to complete 2023's yearly accounting process, which includes double-checking the bank balance, gathering receipts for expenditures, etc.
