Additionally, the board agreed upon factual data/information and made necessary changes before authorizing the official Treasurer's signature.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All board members are required to report to the board, any engagement that conflict with the policy statement. The conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually and is signed at the first board meeting in January. A copy of the policy is made available to the public per request.
