What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The organization's mission is to operate a youth hockey program under which its players will not only learn hockey fundamentals and develop hockey skills, but also incorporate the importance of sportsmanship, fair play, and team work, while providing an environment where all the necessary elements are present to build and nurture the players' development into upstanding members of their community.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The organization maintains and operates a youth hockey program which is open to all interested youths in the Whitestown area. Currently, the program offers five league levels for approx. 125 players. 20 tournaments were hosted in the fiscal year. The youth hockey program is designed to teach and develop hockey skills and to, at all times, emphasize the importance of sportsmanship, fair play and teamwork.
