This past fiscal year we made a change from needing 6 votes to pass a resolution to just needing 3 votes to pass a resolution & bring it to the general membership for a final approval.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	During the month of June each year elections are held for the following positions: Post Commander, 1st & 2nd Vice Commander, Post Chaplain, Post Sergeant-at-Arms, Post Assistant Sergeant-at-Arms, Post Historian, & Post Finance Officer. In the month of July the elected officers are officially installed in the positions that they were elected to. Each member may cast a single vote for each of the offices that are up for election. Membership & eligibility to vote is established at the June meeting when & where the vote takes place.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The form 990 was submitted to the Executive Board and an separate reviewer and approved prior to being submitted for e-filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Any member of the post has the right to receive a copy of the financial reports of the post as well as the day-to-day operations procedures, general information of the number of members that we have to include the number & what percentage of the membership has paid for the current fiscal year. We do not disclose personal membership information such as Social Security Number, Address, Membership number, or other personal contact information. Requests are normally responded to by email, if the member does not have email, then other accommodations will be made to get them the requested information.
