Explanation:

Together for West Virginias Future is a small organization and we in good faith and in a timely fashion filed all IRS paperwork using the US mail. We did not realize that the law had changed that we were required to file electronically. As soon as we were made aware, we made made the changes. We have all of the paperwork with timestamps of our original returns. We sincerely apologize for the mistake.
