The donation was made towards student scholarships by purchasing student-raised livestock at auction and donating the livestock back to the Denton County Livestock Association. All funds go towards student education and scholarships. No goods or services were received in exchange for these funds. AllianceTexas Foundation exercised expenditure responsibility in making this donation.
