	The Organization was formed to manage and oversee the implementation of Valencia Transportation Demand Management Plan strategies to achieve reductions in vehicle miles traveled and associated greenhouse gas emission by establishing, promoting and implementing programs, services, subsidies, incentives and strategies to enhance the use of transportation alternatives, methods and technologies in and around Valencia. The Organization subsidizes certain transportation alternatives such as qualifying zero-emission vehicles, electric bikes, neighborhood electric vehicles and transit passes.
