OCA endorsed passage of and actively worked to pass a reproductive rights constitutional amendment in the November 2023 general election. Our work consisted of field and phone canvassing direct voter contact including education and persuasion handing out and leaving behind endorsement literature for both constitutional amendments and sponsoring paid ads on social media. OCA additionally communicated those endorsements to our members and supporters through email member mail and campaign literature.

Part VI, Line 7a	Classes of Members: When people join the organization they are given written information on how to obtain proxies for voting for Board members. The Board has two categories of members: those elected by the organizations members and those elected by other Board members.
Part VI, Line 11b	Process to review the 990: The 990 is sent to all Board members to review. It is first approved by the CEO then the audit committee reviews and approves the 990. The form is not filed until all Board members have reviewed.
Part VI, Line 12c	Annually Board members and key employees are required to review the conflict of interest policy and sign a document affirming that they have read and understand the policy. They must indicate if any conflict of interest exists and fully describe such conflict.They are also required to bring to the Boards attention any conflict of interest that may arise.
Part VI, Line 15	In 2023 the organization hired a consultant to do a compensation study. CEO: a review is done using comparative data of equal positions within comparative organizations.
