CWHBA has been building and supporting our communities since 1955. Part X : FIN48 Footnote	Under provisions of Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, the Association is exempt from federal income taxes, except for net income from unrelated business activities. Certain revenues are considered unrelated business income by the Internal Revenue Service and are, therefore, subject to taxation after deducting allocable expenses. No income taxes were paid in 2023 or 2022.Management evaluated the Association's tax positions and concluded that the Association had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustments to the financial statements. The Association's tax returns are subject to review and examination by federal authorities.
