AN INCUBATOR PROGRAM IS PROVIDED TO TEACH AND TRAIN ARTISTS AND PROVIDE FOR THEM A SUPPORTING ATMOSPHERE TO ENCOURAGE THEIR GROWTH IN THE ARTS. ARTISTS MAY EXPLORE AND GROW WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH OTHER ARTISTS AND GAIN KNOWLEGDE, AS WELL AS CRITIQUES.
