THE ORGANIZATION HAS EVALUATED ITS CURRENT TAX POSITIONS AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2023 AND 2022, AND IS NOT AWARE OF ANY SIGNIFICANT UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS FOR WHICH A RESERVE WOULD BE NECESSARY. THE FORM 990 IS THEN REVIEWED BY THE AUDIT COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD, THE CEO, GENERAL COUNSEL, AND DISTRIBUTED TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE BOARD PRIOR TO FILING WITH THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE.
