Organization is able to provide for the safe, recreational use and enjoyment of the trails by snowmobiling families and individuals. Organizations trails also provide linkage to snowmobile trails maintained by other organizations and by governmental units which enables travel by snowmobile throughout the state of Minnesota and into the neighboring state of Wisconsin.

Pt I Line 2

The Organization has no formal procedure for monitoring the use of grant/assistance funds. Funds/assistance are granted based on a review/discussion of the need and/or purpose communicated by the organization or individual making the reqeust. As members of the local community, members of the Organization are usually able to observe if the funds/assistance are used for the requested purpose/need and the effectivieness of their use for the intended purpose(s). If another request/proposal is made at a subsequent date, members of the Organization make pertinent inquires as to the benefits realized from the prior grant/assistance when taking the subsequent request/proposal under consideration.
