Spring, Fall, Y-Flyer & Arkansas Cup Club races were held as well as two Regattas. A number of social sailing events were held which benefited the vast majority of Club members.

Under Article VII, Board of Directors, this included (1) addition of another Member at Large director, (2) the creation of two-year terms to improve effectiveness of directors, and (3) the creation of a rotation election cycle to prevent turnover of the entire board each election cycle. Under Article VII, Elections, the elected term was defined as two years. Finally, under Article X, Standing Committees, (1) a new Long Term Planning Committee was established, to help prioritize needs and plan for future needs, and (2) the Harbor Master was established as the chairperson of the House and Grounds Committee and the Waterfront Committee.
