Schedule I, Part I, Line 2	Payments were made directly to third party vendors for the cost of a storage shipping container and commerical insuurance solely for the benefit of the East Bay Sailing Foundation, a 501(c)(3) entity. The Bristol Yacht Club also made small direct contributions to various charities in memorium of members or their family members who passed away during the year.
