Part VI, Line 6	Members include all alumni who were initiated at the NJ Alpha chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon plus "renaissance brothers" selected by the undergraduate members.
Part VI, Line 7a	Nine alumni trustees serve staggered 3-year terms. The tenth trustee is the undergraduate vice president of finance. Alumni trustees may only be nominated and elected by the remaining trustees. The alumni board consists of the 10 trustees plus 3 undergraduate members selected by the undergrad chapter plus 4 people serving staggered 2-year terms.
