What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PROVIDE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO SPECIAL EDUCATION ADMINISTRATORS IN MASSACHUSETTS, INCLUDING CONFERENCE, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES, INFORMATION BRIEFS, AND REPRESENTATION AT FEDERAL AND STATE LEVELS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES LEADERSHIP IN ADVOCATING FOR APPROPRIATE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO ALL CHILDREN AND YOUTH IN MASSACHUSETTS.
