Explanation:

The treasurer of the Trust passed away and the other officers were unaware the returns had not been filed. Before December 31, 2023, all assets were dispersed as scholarships based on the students grades at the Unverversty of Tennessee, Knoxville. Subsequently, the Trust has been closed. Please excuse this oversight due to the tragic loss of our Treasurer and friend.
