What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Provide the citizens of Vandergrift with a festival that celebrates Italian-American heritage through the culture, values, and assimilation of the Italian immigrants into America.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Since the COVID-19 pandemic, all activities for have been cancelled and the organization disbanded. As stated, the cash assets have been disbursed to a charitable organization in 2023. This is the final return of the organization.

Return Reference Explanation
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 16 During 2023 the Board and General Membership voted to cease operations, and in accordance with our by-laws and state law distributed the remaining cash assets ($34,181) to St. Gertrude Church, Vandergrift PA, a charitable organization. Prior to ceasing operations, the Organization incurred approx. $747 for post office box fees, storage fees, and meeting costs in 2023. This is the final return of the organization.
