28 The Westfield Relief Association provides additional funding for individuals who has financial need in paying for expenses they can not cover or exceeds there normal living expenses. People who benefit from this must have an association tie between currently employed with the department, retired from the department , volunteered for the department, or married to a member who ever was affiliated with the department. in 2023 the Westfield fire department helped 12 individuals with needs.
