	The AHC gave a significant contribution of $10,000 to a scholarship fund for Sigma members in honor of the retirement of our long-time board president. Additionally, we completed significant renovations. Work for summer of 2022 and 2023: Summer of 2022: Installed LVT on the 2nd floor and new carpet on the main staircase. Repainted all 2nd and 3rd floor resident rooms. Purchased couches, desks, and desk chairs for all resident rooms. Replastered the main staircase walls from main floor to 3rd floor. Winter of 2022: Replastered small hallway on main floor off of lobby. Summer of 2023: AHC remodeled the rear restroom, taking it down to the studs to provide better insulation properties along with updated aesthetics. This remodel included a reallocation of space transforming a closet storage room, to a mail/package room. Bathroom: New Vanity, faucet, and fixtures, New flooring, New lighting, New mirror, Refreshed existing full view mirror, New Wallcovering and wall tile, New ceiling grid and tile, and New exhaust and electrical. Mailroom: New custom storage cabinets, New mail counter with custom lite artwork, New light fixtures (LED), New ceiling tile, Fresh paint on drywall and newly installed shiplap, Decorative trim added to existing doors, and New door hardware. Resident Rooms: Installed LVP (luxury vinyl planks) flooring on 3rd floor of living space. Decorative items: Reupholstered 2-existing loveseats, Refinished and reupholstered 2-existing side chairs, Refinished existing bench for mailroom, and Added new lamp, decorative plants, artwork. Entry/Foyer: Plaster repair and paint. Landscaping: Refreshed front yard landscaping, sprinkler system and lighting and New landscaping at back of house/parking lot side. Standard Repairs: Service and repair all HVAC units in residential space, Service and repair all plumbing devices in facility, Toilet filters, etc., and Painted bunk beds in sleeping dorm. Finally, the AHC board has begun the long-range planning process for a future major renovation of the chapter facility.
