Pt VI, Line 6	There shall be six major classes of members, as follows: primary or secondary Realtor Members, Institute Affiliate Members, Affiliate Members, Public Service Members, Honorary Members.
Pt VI, Line 7a	The Nominating Committee, made up of at lesat three Realtor members, shall select one candidate for each office and one candidate for each place to be filled on the Association of Directors. The governing body of the Association shall be an Association of Directors consisting of the elected officers, immediate past President of the Association, and five elected Realtor Members of the Association.
Pt VI, Line 7b	A quorom for the transaction of business shall consist of ten percent of the Members eligible to vote except as otherwise required by state law.
