What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Public Relations Society of America Oregon Chapter is a professional communications, public relations and marketing association serving the state of Oregon, and Clark and Skamania counties in the southwest region of Washington state. Our purpose is to provide professional development for our members and networking opportunities.
