Form 990, Header, Line A	We did have an extension to file the return. However, due to changes in Officers and then there was a delay in obtaining access to the system as the prior administrator left on unfriendly terms. Then once we had access we had system issues and had to wait for our related organization to resolve them. Once done we had to then reconstruct the entries. Unfortunately due to this we did not meet the filing time line. We ask that any penalties be mitigated due to these unusual circumstances. We are also filing the 2022 return with today or tomorrow and will be able to file our current return on time.

Explanation:

We did have an extension to file the return. However, due to changes in Officers and then there was a delay in obtaining access to the system as the prior administrator left on unfriendly terms. Then once we had access we had system issues and had to wait for our related organization to resolve them. Once done we had to then reconstruct the entries. Unfortunately due to this we did not meet the filing time line. We ask that any penalties be mitigated due to these unusual circumstances. We are also filing the 2022 return today or tomorrow and will be able to file our current return on time. We have filed all other returns timely and anticipate filing 990's timely going forward also.
