Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2	The Fire Chief is a Director by virtue of his position. His wife and father are also on the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The company is made up of all volunteers who are members of the Company. They perform all of the Company's activities.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The membership elects the President and all the other officers and Directors annually.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Almost all decisions made by the Board of Directors need to come to the membership as a whole for their approval.
