| Part VI Line 8 | | Explanation:| Yes minutes are kept of each Bureau Executive and National Assembly meeting. Annual reports summarize actions taken as reflected in the minutes of meetings. The IAMAS statues list the policies and procedures governing the activities of our scientific commissions.
