Explanation:

Accounting year changed from ending April 30th to fiscal year ending December 31st. After several phone calls, Multiple attempts of filing of Form 1128 were submitted to IRS, however none were processed and approved until April 2024. In addition, several attempts to file by secure fax to a number provided by IRS customer service were ultimately rejected due to the new requirement that all 990 forms be filed electronically. Now that the IRS has processed and approved our 1128, we can now proceed to file our 2021 and 2022 tax forms.
