	We maintain and operate a beverage and entertainment facility 7 days a week for members to congregate and meet. This encourages the socialization of veterans with veterans and promotes and strengthens comradeship among veterans. It also encourages impromptu meetings for planning and developing veteran and community programs. Estimated beneficiares 400.

Form 990, Part IV, Line 11	The governing body Board of Trustees receives and reviews monthly financial reports from an independent accountant. Same independent accountant prepares the annual tax returns. Form 990 is presented to the Board of Trustees for a brief review prior to signing by an officer of the Board, who may further review the return prior to signing.
