| Form 990, Part VI, Line 4 | ARTICLE 5 MEETINGS Section 1 The Local Union shall hold regular Membership meetings on the fourth (4th) Wednesday of each month, except for November and December due to potential holiday conflicts. If a membership meeting falls during the week of Thanksgiving in November or Christmas in December, then the membership meeting shall be held on the third (3rd) Wednesday of that month. The Night shift meeting will be called to order at one p.m. (1:00 p.m.) and will adjourn at two thirty p.m. (2:30 p.m.). The Day shift meeting will be called to order at five four p.m. (5:00 p.m.) (4:00 p.m.) and will adjourn at six five thirty p.m. (6:30 p.m.) (5:30 p.m.). An extension of the adjournment time must be approved by the body if the regular order of business has not been concluded.Section 2A. Out-of-Town Expense Allowances: Members will receive forty-two dollars ($42.00) the current International Executive Board per diem policy pay per day out-of-town allowances for all days that are required to be away from their home and overnight stay is authorized. A daily allowance of twenty dollars ($20.00) paid at the current IEB Policy rate, will be given to a Member, when authorized, on the day he or she returns to the local union hall from a distance of more than one hundred (100) miles. This twenty dollar ($20.00) expense daily allowance will also be paid to an authorized Member who travels outside a radius of one hundred (100) miles from his local union hall and returns the same day. This is in accordance with current International Executive Board Policy. |
