Part VI, Line 11b	Before the entire board of directors receives the 990 the Treasurer extensively reviews the draft and then presents the draft to the finance committee for approval. Then the entire board receives the approved 990.
Part VI, Line 12c	There is a control system in place where a finance committee meets monthly to review all financial transactions associated with IBC each month. Additionally there is a monthly board of directors meeting in which all areas of concern are discussed and any board votes on matters and documented and passed with a quorum vote.
Part VI, Line 19	These documents are available for members upon request to the board of directors. These documents use standard protocol from established policies of other not for profit organizations.
Part VIII Line 2	\| Explanation:\| Fees are collected from participants for each bridge game they play. Additionally participants often make donations for charitable causes when they attend events at the Center.
