FOLLOWING AN INTRODUCTION TO THE PERISCOPE, THE AUSTRIAN MARSHALL PLAN FOUNDATION'S VICE CHAIRWOMAN MONIKA ROSEN MODERATED A PANEL DISCUSSION FOCUSING ON THE STATE OF TRANSATLANTIC RELATIONS IN A WORLD ON FIRE.
