Each member is covered by a monthly stipend for any criminal negotiation/arbitration needed by the member. In addition, members who have incurred legal expense due to job situations will also be reimbursed by the National Council if their request is approved by the National Council. Locals are reimbursed for training expenses and new equipment purchased in order to carry on for the good of the Council.
