Explanation:

The filing of this late return is due to the majority of our board members being out of the country creating an impediment beyond our control. An extension was filed before the deadline of May 15 2024 in the same manner an extension was filed the previous year. A call placed on June 17 2024 with the IRS Notices and Accounts Department determined that no extension had been received. I have been able to contact one other board member and we have make a unilateral decision to dissolve the organization with this filing.
