Explanation:

We previously removed our Administrator, who was responsible for getting these tax returns completed. During this review it was discovered that our past Administrator had not been completing the duties for which he was being paid to complete. Several taxes had not been filed along with our annual 990 informational returns. As soon as we discovered this issue, we took action. We had fire our Administrator and have completed all back taxes that he had failed to file. We ask that you please accept our apology and request that you abate the penalties and any interest. We have put into place a series of checks and balances to catch any issues before this happens again.
