Form 990, Part VI, Line 6	Each year the entity invites approximately 35 to 40 families to join membership. Each year the entity also has approximately 25 to 40 families that decide to turn in their share of the entitys stock or transfer it to one of their children.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7A	There is an annual board meeting held in March every year, with officers and Board members in general, up for election or re election. Our Board consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, along with additional at large Board members. The officers of the Board are elected annually. The Board members at large serve for a 3 year term and then they may be voted on to serve again. At large Board members may only serve 2 or 3 year terms.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7B	The board meets monthly from January through September and then as needed. All decisions are voted on by the Board. Any Bi Law or Constitutional changes must be approved at the annual meeting.
