It was agreed that the Executive Director would be compensated $70,000 per year for services rendered and additional expenses are eligible for reimbursement such as lodging and travel, and a cell phone allowance is granted. The Past President, Jane Stencel, received compensation for their services provided to the organization in the capacity of HELP and Professional Development Coordinator. The Board met with Jane in 2022 to discuss compensation for both capacities. Once discussed, Jane was required to leave the room and the remaining board members voted on the final compensation. |
