We presented two days for 2.5 hours each day for total of 5 hours. We read a childrens book to the students talked about North Atlantic right whales and how they are on the brink of extinction and talked about other species of whales. Then the students created their very own whale Haiku poems which they shared with their classmates and then we took a word search challenge with new marine vocabulary words. 600

I am a brand new organization and I am in the process of cancelling the non-profit I have not filed yet this is my first year and last year as a non profit. Why would I need to supply a copy to all 50 state AG's? I am just an author who wanted to start a non profit to help save the right whales and because of all the fees to fix an error when applying I cannot afford to remain a non profit. I made an error when applying for non profit status and somehow I was designated as a Private Foundation when I am not. I should be filing the 990N not the 990 PF. I learned it is $550.00 to correct the error on the application. I do not have the $550.00 and do not want to put it on a CC since starting this non profit has cost me hundreds of dollars out of my own pocket and I am not making any money just spending money. So this is my first year filing and last year filing I have just begun going into the schools and summer camps for educational outreach but cannot afford to pay for the gas supplies business cards website everything needed to function. I could stay afloat but I cannot justify spending $550. to fix a mistake on the application. To make matters worse our government who spends millions for Ukraine cannot afford to have a program to process the 990-PF forcing me to use a third party that charges anywhere from $195 - $895 to file with them.
