	Sleepy Hollow Bath & Racquet Club SHBR has 425 equity memberships and 125 lease memberships. SHBR has three pools, nine tennis courts, beach volleyball, and basketball. The swim and dive teams for children participate in the competitive NVSL League. The junior tennis teams play in the Tysons' Cup. SHBR also offers master swim and tennis for adults. Since FY 21, SHBR has incorporated pickleball into its tennis program. SHBR also has nine acres of green space with grills and cabanas to store members' summer gear.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization has three classes of membership: Equity members, or those who have received a share in the club; Associate members, or those who are authorized to use the facilities on a seasonal basis; and Inactive members, who are equity members choosing to elect inactive status.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Each active equity member in good standing is entitled to one vote at any meeting of membership and can vote in person or in writing. There are approximately 425 members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Members vote in Board Members through an election process, and vote on specific motions that have been previously announced at Board of Directors' meetings.
