Explanation:

We received notification from the IRS which stated that that our exempt status was revoked on December 18, 2018. We previously removed our Administrator, who was responsible for getting these tax returns completed. During this review it was discovered that our past Administrator had not been completing the duties for which we were paying him. Several taxes had not been filed along with our annual 990 Informational Returns. As soon as we discovered this issue, we took immediate action. We had to fire our Administrator and have now completed all back taxes that he failed to file. We ask that you please accept our apology and request that you abate all penalties and interest. We have put into place a series of checks and balances to assure this never happens again.
