CPA firm engaged to prepare CY2023 990-EZ return failed to do this work when engaged in April 2024 and failed to communicate this to our Association, in spite of numerous attempts to follow up with them. CPA firm promised in April 2024 to file extension, but never confirmed that was done. We have now prepared Form 990-EZ ourselves for CY2023 and are filing this now.
