28 ASCM Memphis is a local chapter of a International professional organization which is located in Chicago IL. We service the tristate area comprising Tennessee Mississippi and Arkansas. We teach classes in Supply Chain Management and partner with the University of Mississippi Supply Chain Club. We hold private classes for individual companies and public classess open to everyone.

Part V, line 34 | Explanation:| Name change. The name change was a result of the International Corporate Organization in Chicago changing their name from APICS to ASCM. We voted at the Board meeting in March 2023 to change the name from Memphis APICS Chapter #96 to ASCM Memphis Chapter to line up our Chapters name with the International Organization that we are a part of. The paperwork was submitted in April 2023 and resubmitted with the requested changes made by the Tennessee Department of State in July 2023. The name change was approved in late 2023 by the Tennessee Department of State.|
