Explanation:

Our business location experienced a catastrophic flood during Memorial Day weekend in May 2023, when a water tank above the office broke and flooded the office. Many files and records were destroyed or damaged. Much had to be thrown away. Although we removed what we could, we could only move back into the office in mid-November 2023 after the carpet had been replaced, walls painted, etc. It's been a long and laborious process to restore and recreate many of the files, including those necessary for tax filings. We're doing our best to catch up. We apologize for the delay and hope that you can waive any penalties that have accrued in the meantime. Thank you.
